Buy a Chi-gung Class online! I have just recorded my version of THE BODY/MIND METHOD of Zhineng Qigong. It was hastily recorded in a morning class, but is very usable. There is a clear commentary to help you follow with your eyes closed. Whilst this isn't a beautifully filmed epic video, it is functional! I have decided to ask for Donation, after which you will be allowed to download the file to your computer. Once you have downloaded the film to your desktop, I suggest you use the best video player in the world to watch it - VLC media player (It's free!) This is the first in my series of Exercise dvd's, They allow you to follow a full workout of a Medical Chi-gung set with me. I have put as much detail into the as I possibly could! If you have ever had a class with me, and forgotten everything you learned, they will immediately allow you to practice in your home! This is a set designed by me, from standard Medical Chi-gung exercises. It lasts for just over 1 hour. (They will work on any computer fitted with a DVD drive, and 95% of all normal DVD players - only occasional older models will struggle to play them!) The second in the series, this set is derived from the International Institute of Medical Qigong's exercise sets, the school I studied at. This is a 45 min. workout. Again, I have tried to pack in as much info as I possibly could, and they can be used by beginners, or students from my classes who need a refresher.
